Severely damaged by a three-alarm fire in 2016, this historic building in the Mission District serves as a 16-unit, 11,800 square foot apartment building. Living rooms have decorative fireplaces with built-in shelving and walk-in closets.

Renovation included new electrical work with brand new bathrooms and kitchens. All windows and historic fixtures were painstakingly restored to match the original 1915 construction.
